I have read numerous posts but have not found a detailed wiring diagram for the 6v systems or for the converted 12v system.

Could someone email, post, or direct me to a websit or book with one.

Thanks
Brandt

The original 6V wiring diagram that used to be on the Vintage Ford Tractor Resource page (linked elsewhere in this thread) does not come up for some reason. I have it saved on my hard drive. Here it is.

Check the 6-volt Hundred series positive ground diagram on page 5 or 6 in the post '860 wiring schematic?'. I don't believe Ford ever printed an updated Hundred-and-one series 6-volt diagram.

Changes from *00 to *01:
1)generator warning light instead of ammeter.
2)ammeter replaced with fuel gauge.
3)4-post starter relay instead of 3-post--relay power is from the terminal block.

The 12-volt negative ground diagram for diesel tractors is at the link. Wire a 6-volt *01 with the 6-volt diagram and use changes from the 12-volt.

that everything in the 6v/12v post is for original Ford wiring and unrelated to 12-volt alternator conversions.
